Built for consistent output at scale. Every production line is configured for a specific fan category, minimizing cross-contamination of processes and maintaining dimensional tolerances across high-volume runs.
Production Facility
Our 8,000 sqm factory in Guangdong, China houses dedicated production lines for axial fans, case fans, and blower fans respectively -- each with automated winding equipment, precision impeller assembly stations, and controlled-environment areas for motor core assembly. Separate production cells prevent cross-process contamination and allow concurrent model runs without scheduling conflicts.
In-House Test Equipment
The facility includes a wind tunnel for P-Q curve generation, vibration testing rigs, a noise anechoic chamber for acoustic measurement, and life cycle aging rooms for accelerated reliability testing. Every product datasheet published by Herays is generated from in-house test data -- not manufacturer estimates -- ensuring engineers can rely on published specifications for thermal design calculations.

Standard lead time for catalog products is 15-20 business days. Custom OEM runs require 25-35 days from approved sample to first production shipment. MOQ starts from 500 pcs for standard catalog items; MOQ requirements are negotiable for customers operating under long-term supply agreements. Quality Control Flow
Every unit that ships from Herays passes through a four-stage quality control process. No exceptions for catalog orders, OEM runs, or sample shipments.
Incoming Material Inspection
Motor cores, bearings, and impeller materials are tested against specification before entering production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned to supplier.
In-Process Inspection
Key parameters -- rotational speed, current draw, and airflow -- are checked at defined assembly milestones. Out-of-tolerance units are flagged and removed from the production line before downstream assembly.
Final 100% Testing
Every unit -- without exception -- is tested for speed accuracy, acoustic noise level, and electrical safety before packaging. Test results are logged per unit for traceability.
Reliability Testing
Selected production batches undergo accelerated life testing in dedicated aging rooms. Fan models rated for extended service are tested to 70,000+ hour life expectancy standards using MTBF methodology.
Traceability: All QC records are maintained per production batch. Customers requesting quality documentation -- including test reports, certificate of conformance, or material declarations -- may request these through their account manager or the product page.
