Send your label, branding and packaging requirements with the model and quantity. Confirm feasibility, charges, minimum quantity and timing before approving the order.

Share dimensions, mounting, voltage, airflow at operating pressure, noise, wiring and environmental requirements. Custom design feasibility, development work, cost and schedule require separate confirmation.

Our stated MOQ is 100 pieces. For a custom design, tooling or special configuration, ask the quotation to confirm the applicable quantity, charges and development conditions.

Tell us your confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive design documents. Any NDA must be separately reviewed and agreed by the parties.

Provide the reference model, datasheet and critical requirements. Ask us to review a potential alternative; equivalence must be checked against dimensions, wiring, control behavior and installed performance rather than assumed from a model name.

Custom development and prototype timing depend on the requested work and must be confirmed separately. The 1-week sample lead time applies to in-stock samples; mass production lead time is 35 days subject to the agreed order schedule.

Send the model, installation drawing, airflow path, power supply and control requirements. Ask what selection and integration information is available for the exact configuration.

Ask for the manufacturing and sourcing information relevant to the selected model, including which processes are performed by which facility. Production ownership and outsourcing arrangements must be verified rather than assumed from website illustrations.
